Kevin,

Thank you so much for the level of training that you offered.  It is imperative that our younger workers get this kind of training as our workforce has been downsized and our highly experienced people have retired.  We just don’t have the level of experience that you offer any longer.  Our younger force never had the opportunity to work hand in hand with a master such as yourself.  While classroom instruction is critical, it is the shop floor where the rubber meets the road and where the work and learning is accomplished.  With your background in hands on, getting your hands dirty experience and skills to communicate effectively with the younger workers on the shop floor as well as managers and engineers, you offer a unique level of training experience.  This, is, the stuff that makes the factory operation work.  No fluff, just honest to goodness real teaching on how to do what we need to do.  We did real work on our factory floor with an older machine and got some real stuff done.   AWESOME – a once in a lifetime experience.  Looking forward to next month when you come back in again for round two.

The guys were more than pleased and all agreed the following morning that they learned a lot and very thankful.

They were off to a running start in the morning.

Additionally, the support from Kenneth Crosby and Radiac proved to be invaluable.

Thank you for the day.  It was well worth while.  I will call you back in a heartbeat.
